Selftrade - Case Study
Selftrade is one of the UK's largest execution-only stockbrokers. Selftrade is a subsidiary of Boursorama, one of Europe's leading online stockbrokers and part of the Société Générale Group.
In preparation for a number of organisational changes, including a separation of business entities, existing service relationships needed to be restructured and new relationships covering external outsourced services established.
Quantum Plus was engaged to programme manage the development of the various service specifications and service level agreements that described those relationships. Applying best practice and expert outsourcing knowledge supported by tried and tested tools and templates, Quantum Plus worked closely with the Selftrade Board to develop comprehensive schedules describing trading application and development services, office and desktop services, dealing and execution services and web trading services.
In addition to these programme and schedule development activities, Quantum Plus also provided executive support and commercial guidance throughout the contract development and negotiation process including an initial service health check and review of the client’s proposed contract document and associated schedules.
“Quantum Plus was selected as they provided the expertise in the outsourcing arena in terms of practical advice and hands on project management. The contribution in the contract development was based on their previous experience and extremely relevant to our needs.”
