John Clemmow, Director
John’s expertise supports organisations in the critical business area of driving change programmes, which improve performance by outsourcing or insourcing more effectively. John has over 20 years’ experience in key general management roles in both blue-chip companies and leading outsourcers. John has an outstanding track record where he has delivered significant change programmes, performance improvement and savings for organisations.

Caroline Mann, Director
Caroline joined the Quantum Plus team in August 2001, from a Chartered Accountancy practice. Caroline works in a non-consulting capacity for the company and is based at our head office in Stratford-upon-Avon. She is responsible for the company’s finance and operations, and plays a pivotal role in supporting John and Julie in the growth of the business.

Julie Wilkerson, Director
Julie is a global sourcing specialist with a 20 year record in delivering strategic sourcing assignments within private sector and FTSE100 clients. She has extensive experience in leading external and internal teams to deliver off-shoring, outsourcing, transformation programmes, change management and service provider selection across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas, Middle East, Australia and South Africa. Julie has previously held senior positions at Ernst and Young, Colt Telecoms and Cable and Wireless and is a recognised subject matter expert in IT sourcing.

Chris Collinge, Head of Delivery
Chris has managed projects for a leading European home improvement retailer, a regional co-operative society and predominantly Gatwick Airport Limited. Chris has helped Gatwick Airport establish their IT services following the sale in December 2009. This role has involved service design, service provider evaluation and selection, contract drafting and negotiation and service transition. Chris previously worked for Accenture where he reached senior manager level, managing 150 technical support analysts in the UK, Germany, Poland and India and undertook assignments in Germany, Poland, India, Denmark, Egypt, Ireland and the USA.

Dave Rollison, Senior Consultant
Dave is an experienced IT professional with over 30 years in the industry. He has extensive experience across a broad range of business functions and industries. Over the last 20 years he has taken leadership responsibility in a variety of outsourcing procurement, pre sales and service delivery roles, including application management and large-scale midrange, distributed and desktop infrastructure environments, utilising both onshore and offshore resources. Dave has supported projects for DHL, DTZ, English Heritage and MS Society. Before joining Quantum Plus, Dave worked for Accenture working with companies in the manufacturing, energy and utilities sectors.

Rajat Bhatnagar, Senior Consultant
Rajat has extensive sourcing consultancy experience in various projects internationally, across industries. Since joining Quantum Plus he has managed projects for the Office of Rail Regulation and more recently for a large European rail service operator. Rajat’s expertise includes the development of sourcing strategies, service provider evaluations, multiple contract negotiations, development of transition plans and benchmarking. Previously, Rajat managed multiple IT projects with offshore delivery teams to clients in the USA, Europe and Far East covering travel, retail, financial services, telecoms, and construction services sectors. He comes with a MBA from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

Ian Kiddle, Senior Consultant
Ian has worked in the electronic service industry for more than 25 years and in the IT business for the last 10 years. Ian’s previous roles have been in the management of service delivery both for IT and also BPO. These roles have been based in London, Bristol, Cardiff and Houston Texas, managing teams spread over large geographic areas. Since joining Quantum Plus Ian has supported the outsourcing process for a luxury German car manufacturer, Matalan Retail, a large global security services provider, a leading online retailer and a leading Irish energy provider.

Bob White, Senior Consultant
Bob is an experienced business focussed senior IT executive, with blue chip, board level and international experience, who has transformed and built strong business oriented IT departments, reducing costs, adding value and meeting business objectives. Bob specialises in contract development, IT strategy development and IT budget reviews. Since joining Quantum Plus Bob has supported projects for Gatwick Airport Limited, DHL and a regional co-operative society.

Denzil Brisland, Senior Consultant
Denzil is a senior IT professional with the proven ability to formulate and implement effective business driven IT strategies. He has managed service delivery across global organisations and major change projects, comprising shared services and outsourcing initiatives and has created success within multiple business sectors including government, utilities, commercial, public and customer focused services. Since joining Quantum Plus Denzil has supported projects for a luxury German car manufacturer and a worldwide hardware and software distributor.

Geoff Tunley, Senior Consultant
Geoff is a highly experienced Senior Consultant with a background and qualifications in mechanical engineering, accountancy and management consultancy. He has more than 20 years of management consulting experience with over 30 years of experience which spans high technology research, mechanical engineering, accountancy, corporate recovery, information systems, sales and business development. With Quantum Plus, Geoff has supported projects for DHL, Gatwick Airport Limited and a specialist logistical and distribution services provider.

Malcolm Whyte, Senior Consultant
Malcolm is an experienced, capable, former IT Director, who has significant operational and programme management experience. He is experienced in setting service strategy and specifying, procuring and managing large outsourced IT services contracts. He has both the ITILV2 Managers Certificate and the ITILV3 Expert qualification. Malcolm has worked extensively with the Public Sector and has many years experience of transition management, outsourcing relationship management and service provider selection.

Peter Marlborough, Senior Consultant
Peter has over 35 years' experience of delivering IT services, with recent knowledge and experience of managing IT outsourcing for international organisations. Peter combines practical experience with strategic vision to help businesses develop and implement the most appropriate solution to fit their requirements.
