Our expertise in creating and managing a service culture enabled a seamless transition for one of the top manufacturing enterprises to their new retained organisational structure, following a major Outsourcing contract.

  • We introduced the role of customer service manager and the relevant methodologies and procedures to the organisation's operational business units to manage and improve service quality.
