Do you have;
- Hands on experience of outsourcing – ideally from service provider and customer perspectives?
- A solid understanding of the outsourcing sector, technologies and processes?
- Good all round IT experience with experience of managing IT operations staff?
- Experience in project and programme management and hands on experience of delivering complex assignments?
- Skills in line management, communications and leadership with strong interpersonal skills?
- Ability to develop customer relationships and to work on own initiative?
- Energy, enthusiasm and a can-do, positive attitude?
